1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account with ace444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not hold personal accounts).
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an ace444 account suspended or terminated for breach of these terms.
• You are not a current or former employee of ace444 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You will provide accurate and truthful registration information, including your Bangladeshi mobile number.

Each person is permitted to hold only one ace444 account. Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, or device, constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

ace444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

2. Account Management and Verification

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within your ace444 account. This includes all bets placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals initiated, whether or not you were personally present at the device at the time.

ace444 may, at any time and at its sole discretion, request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, or the source of funds used to make deposits. Acceptable forms of documentation include, but are not limited to, a national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill issued within the last three months.

Until verification is complete, ace444 may restrict access to certain account functions, including the ability to withdraw funds. Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may be suspended or closed, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to review before release.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ace444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

ace444 is not responsible for any fees charged by your mobile money provider, bank, or card issuer in connection with deposits or withdrawals. You are advised to check the applicable fees with your payment provider before initiating a transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

ace444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published at the time the offer is made available. It is your responsibility to read and understand those terms before accepting any bonus.

General bonus conditions that apply across all ace444 promotions unless otherwise stated:

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

ace444 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event or market that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.
• The bet was placed after the event in question had concluded (late bets).
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was the subject of match-fixing or other corrupt activity.
• The bet was placed using a system or method that exploits a technical error in the platform.
• The relevant event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude within the timeframe specified in the applicable market rules.

In the event that a bet is voided, the stake will be returned to the player's ace444 wallet. ace444's decision in relation to the voiding of bets is final, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure set out below.

Casino and slot game outcomes are determined by independently tested random number generation systems. ace444 does not manipulate game outcomes and provides no guarantee of winning. All games are games of chance, and past results do not indicate or guarantee future performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ace444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures that prevent you from placing bets or accessing your account.

ace444's total aggregate liability to you under these terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ace444 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms operates to limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by ace444's negligence, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the ace444 platform, you should contact the support team in the first instance by email at the address listed in the footer of this page. Please provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant dates or transaction references.

ace444 will acknowledge all written complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and will endeavour to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved within this period, ace444 will communicate the expected resolution timeline to you.

ace444's decision on any dispute relating to the outcome of a bet, the application of bonus terms, or the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ace444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ace444 will provide reasonable notice via a notification on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ace444 platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
